Arriving

Come 15 minutes before a spa or nail appointment. We use that time to settle payment, to let you choose your oil or your colour, and to wash your feet before a treatment begins.

What we provide

Every location has a shower. A robe, slippers and a towel are waiting for you.

Booking

You can reserve anything: a table, a massage bed, a nail appointment. The sooner the better.

The Ungasan café takes reservations as well, though most guests simply walk in.

Running late

Past 15 minutes we may pass your slot to a guest who is waiting. If nobody takes it we will still see you, though the treatment may be shortened so the next booking starts on time.

Coming as a group

Ungasan has 9 massage beds and 3 reflexology chairs, with 28 seats inside the café and 8 outside. Pecatu has 9 massage beds and 4 reflexology chairs, plus 2 manicure and 2 pedicure stations at Nāilu. Bingin has 4 massage beds.

Gift vouchers and loyalty

Ask at reception in Ungasan or Pecatu. Both locations also have a loyalty card. Neither is offered at Bingin.
